Terms for using PentestMag.
These terms explain the rules for PentestMag accounts, memberships, Library content, publications, courses, payments, and responsible use of technical security material.

PentestMag services
PentestMag provides digital cybersecurity content and learning services, including Library articles, technical publications, native courses, account features, certificates, and membership access.
Features and catalog availability may change as content is added, updated, retired, or moved through editorial states.

Accounts and access
- Keep access to your sign-in email secure and do not share authenticated account access with unauthorized users.
- Membership and course access are associated with your PentestMag account and may not be resold or transferred unless PentestMag explicitly agrees otherwise.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that materially harms the service or other users.

Membership and billing
Paid PentestMag Membership is a recurring subscription. The price and introductory offer shown at checkout are the terms that apply to that purchase. Stripe securely hosts checkout and manages supported billing operations.
The current offer may include an upfront introductory charge followed by recurring monthly billing. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe based on the billing information and tax rules that apply to the transaction.
- You may cancel recurring billing through the available Stripe billing controls.
- Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse access already purchased for the current paid period.
- Invoices, payment-method handling, and applicable tax calculation may be provided by Stripe.

Digital content and intellectual property
PentestMag content, course materials, publication files, site design, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your purchase gives you access to use the content; it does not transfer ownership of PentestMag intellectual property.
Unless a separate license says otherwise, you may not redistribute, republish, sell, scrape in bulk, or make PentestMag member content publicly available.

User submissions and beta proposals
If you submit feedback, beta edit proposals, assignments, or other content through PentestMag, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. Beta proposals are suggestions for editorial review; administrators decide whether a change is applied, rejected, or reversed.

Availability and technical changes
We work to keep PentestMag available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, migrations, or changes to third-party services may temporarily affect access.
We may update the platform, course structure, editorial workflows, or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Third-party services
PentestMag uses specialist providers where appropriate, including Stripe for payments and SendGrid for transactional and weekly email delivery. Those services may process the information required to perform their role under their own legal terms and privacy obligations.
